Got a flat on the side of the road ?  Give us a call.  Our Driver will arrive to fully inspect the tire(s) before proceeding with changing out the tire or tow.  Flat tires can be caused by many factors.  Most of which include nails, excessive inflation, deficient inflation, punctures, or damage to the valves.  

If your tire blows out while driving, there will be an immediate pull towards the side of the affected tire.  You may not need emergency towing. At that point, move your vehicle to the safest spot on the road (away from traffic) if at all possible. Shut your engine off and apply your emergency brakes.

Safety precautions worth repetition here. If you are needing roadside assistance at night for a flat, please be sure to stay clear from traffic as visibility can be challenging.  Move your vehicle, as best as you can, away from traffic before exiting the vehicle.  Keep your hazard lights on until our Driver reaches you.  If this is an accident with injuries, call 9-1-1  immediately to get medical assistance en route.  Remember if you have young children or are traveling with the elderly, do not leave them alone in a locked vehicle.
